Our Services
Our podiatrists are fully trained and experienced to provide the following services.
General Podiatry: We treat all skin and nail conditions with medically sterilised instruments. Pathologies which are commonly treated include thickened/difficult to cut nails, corns, callus, fungal infections, warts etc.
Ingrown Toenail Management/Surgery: We manage painful, inflamed toenails whether it is from trauma or inappropriate cutting. We also perform nail surgeries to permanently remove the side of offending nails to prevent future issues.
Biomechanical and Gait Analysis: We perform a series of assessments with the assistance of video analysis to look for features when standing and walking which may be causing pain and discomfort in the feet, ankles and legs.
Diabetes Assessments and Education: We carry out a range of assessments to assist with prevention of diabetes related foot complications. This includes tests to assess blood supply to the feet and nerve innervation.
Children's Podiatry: Children's feet differ from those of adults, as they are not yet fully formed. At 6 months of age the foot is still mostly cartilage, in fact the last bone doesn't begin until children are about 3 years old. By the time we turn 18 the bones have fully matured.
Dry Needling/Myofascial Release: Dry Needling/Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy involves the insertion of fine needles into trigger points or tight bands of muscles to improve pain, healing and muscle function.
3D Custom Made Othoses: Our Custom Orthoses are produced with a 3D scanner to provide us with the most accurate impression of your foot. Improving orthotic comfort and effectiveness in treating musculoskeletal symptoms.
Footwear Assessment and Advice: We provide education on appropriate footwear features and designs which suit your foot shape and activity type.
